April Newsletter - A little down time

We've made it through March and somehow April has snuck up upon us with the promise of spring, birds singing, buds peeking and yet nothing seems quite familiar.

Our greatest hope is that the Pandemic has not touched you or your family, but for those who it has, we feel you! And amidst it all somehow it seems that social media is also a buzz with things that you should be accomplishing during the lock down, knocking things off your to do list, losing weight, creating the perfect morning routine etc. We are here to let you know its ok if your just barely making it through, showerless and bingeing on YouTube dance videos. You know, Tessa we actually like you  (a lot) just the way you are. 

AND we hope that maybe dance gives you some solace, even if you're watching it snuggled up in your bed, and that you and your body are PERFECT for dance just how it is. One time Jo and Tessa even dressed up special for you and made a video to inspire you.
