Fusing the sensuality of belly dance with a  showgirl sensibility. Includes the sassy, strutting, winking, jiggling aspects of burlesque with the poised languid undulations and eye popping articulations of belly dance. Dive into your sexuality, and engage the true spirit and confidence of the powerful bombshells of burlesque and superheroes of belly dance. Because who doesn't like a little ass slapping to go with your shimmy?

Tuesdays 7:30 - 8:30pm Belly Basics with Jo 

 Are you nervous to take a dance class? I was! It took me some time to believe that the movements would sink into my body, and that I could be graceful. As soon as I was able to let go of judging myself, I started learning more in class, not to mention having MUCH more fun. I will always remember what it felt like to be in those first classes, because I want to make it the most comfortable and enjoyable experience that it can be for you! I will start at the beginning with the movements and proceed nice and easy. We'll learn, laugh, and improve together. Make no mistake, dance is for you too!

Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 Floor Flow with Tessa TrueHeart

Tessa's favorite night of the week. Get ready to get sexy, oozy and drop into all the feels. Bring knee pads and an open heart.
