Beyond the Fan Veil with Jewelissa

Are you ready to go beyond the fan veil?
In this 90 minute workshop, we will embark on a journey of beginner fan veil technique and flow. We will begin by delving into fan veil anatomy and learning how to hold and manipulate fan veils with grace and precision. Students will also receive wisdom on how to care for your fans to maintain their longevity and maximize their movement.
As we delve deeper into the workshop, students will be taught basic movements and body framing, while exploring traveling and basic turns. We will then unveil the secrets of solo fan flow, tapping into your individual expression before flowing with our peers and tapping into group flow.
Students will leave this workshop mystified by the power of fan veil magic, saying "I can do that?" Yes, yes you can!
Please note that this workshop requires students to come prepared with a pair of fan veils. We kindly request that you refrain from wearing chain jewelry or any accessories that may snag or get caught on the silk fabric of the fan veils.
Limited fan veils are available to borrow for the workshop.

Fusion Heels Choreo with Queen Yareli

In this workshop we'll take heels technique and put a Latin spin on it, with sensual movement and fun musical accents. Even as a beginner, you'll be shown proper heels technique and learn a fun choreography utilizing some basic Latin styling and core heels moves to bring out some of that dynamic sexy! This choreography will focus on musicality, lines, and even some hair flips to release that inner fire. Come ready to dance with Queen Yareli!
