Hey - that’s you! On March 16! Your burlesque debut at the Homer Center for the Arts.

In this series you will be guided by our own Tessa TrueHeart, a performer, teacher, and choreographer with decades of experience.

Tessa blends her expertise to walk you through:

Creating your burlesque stage persona and name

Choosing and editing your solo music

Helping you create a choreography that is uniquely you

Writing your biography

A professional photography session

And of course - the performance of your life!

10 week series run Sunday January 7th - March 10th 12:30 - 2:30pm

Performance Saturday March 16th at the Homer Center for the Arts, Cabaret style in the bar area.

Have you always dreamed of being part of the action? Here's is your chance! Join a choreography series!

Although all classes are mandatory we understand that life gets busy, If you miss more than 2 rehearsal you will be NOT be able to perform. No refunds will be given.

You must be available to perform Saturday December 16th. We will try to make costumes as affordable as possible but they could be up to $100

Although not required we HIGHLY suggest that dancers in choreography series attend at least one technique class a week.

*Students are able to sign up for more than one series. Though we suggest if this is your first time to only sign up for one. Learning choreography, making costumes and getting on stage for the first time is a lot, so we suggest you take it slow and you'll really be able to enjoy the process*

Character: Elvis's Closet/fashion/choosing outfit

This one you don’t even have to take your clothes off! It is suitable for mixed level students, but know that you can come in straight off the street with no dance experience. I promise I’ve got you.

Tessa STAND STRIP

Character: Elvis's favorite sandwich- bacon, pb and bananas. Get ready for fringe and over the top headpieces
